Physical Therapy Services Offered

At Sarkisian Pelvic Health & Wellness, we believe in price transparency.

We are upfront about pricing so that you can make an informed decision about what works best for your needs. We are a cash-based PT clinic which means we do not bill your insurance company. Upon request, we can provide you with a detailed super bill for you to submit to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits.

In-clinic visits: We are located in the beautiful Redux massage studio just steps from downtown Matthews. We will begin taking appointments at this location starting 2/17/25! There is plenty of on-site parking and a private bathroom located in the studio.

In-home visits: We accept patients throughout Charlotte and most of Matthews, Indian Trail, Wesley Chapel, Weddington, Marvin, Mint Hill, Pineville, and Waxhaw, NC. You may email me at kathy@sarkisianpelvichealth.com to inquire about in-home physical therapy services.

Virtual visits: This is a wonderful option for people who live in NC but outside the Charlotte area OR individuals who prefer the convenience of a virtual visit. You will receive the same information that I provide during my in-person visits.

In-Clinic:

Initial Evaluation: $185

Follow up treatment: $155

Virtual.

Initial evaluation: $150

Follow up (45 min): $110

Follow up (20 minutes): $55*

* This abbreviated 20 minute appointment should be used for questions only or to review exercise program for accuracy

In-home.

Initial evaluation: $275

Follow up treatment: $250

Want to do a combination of both in-clinic and virtual appointments?

No problem! You are more than welcome to vary appointment type based on your needs or schedule for that week. For example, you can choose to do a virtual initial evaluation and follow-up treatments in the clinic or vice versa. If you feel like you need more hands on work one week, please schedule an in-clinic appointment. We like to provide scheduling flexibility based on your current needs.

Dry needling, Cupping, Soft tissue mobilization, & more.

We do offer dry needling of the lumbosacral spine, trunk, pelvis and hip joint complex. Dry needling is an innovative approach to treating individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction such as pelvic pain, incontinence, voiding dysfunction and/or sexual pain or dysfunction. We also perform cupping, joint and soft tissue mobilization, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization when and if it is beneficial for you. If warranted, these service are included in the price of your in-clinic physical therapy session.
